HOW WE WORK
Shutdown windows are fixed. Our schedule is built around them.
01
Detailed task plan
Every activity, owner and predecessor laid out before mobilization.
02
Interface coordination
We run the meetings with the owner, utility and other trades and lock dates in writing.
03
Self-performed field work
Our own foremen and crews — no layers of subcontracting.
04
Clean closeout
Test records, as-builts and punch list delivered on the completion date.
SAFETY
Everyone goes home the way they came in.
Written pre-task plans before every new activity, daily toolbox talks, and stop-work authority for every person on site.
